Returns and Refunds
I’m afraid, sculptures can’t be returned because of their fragile and unique nature, unless it was my failure. If you believe trouble appeared from my end (you received incorrect item or faulty product) please, contact me and I will be happy to fix this issue.
Please contact me directly at email@example.com if:
- The sculpture arrived damaged.
- The package has not arrived after 4 weeks.
If your package arrived, but it was not picked up and it was returned back to me, I’m more than happy to send the package back to you again, however, the cost of re-shipping must be paid and it is at the buyer’s expense.

What’s your merch return policy?
Each product is made-on-demand it means it will be printed specifically for your order. I don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me at email@example.com
Do you offer refunds for merch items?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please take a photo of the damaged package or item and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a short explanation and I’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, I don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—I have one for every item listed on store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office.
