Returns and Refunds

ORIGINAL SCULPTURES

I’m afraid, sculptures can’t be returned because of their fragile and unique nature, unless it was my failure. If you believe trouble appeared from my end (you received incorrect item or faulty product) please, contact me and I will be happy to fix this issue.

Please contact me directly at hello@handmadehome.me if:

  • The sculpture arrived damaged.
  • The package has not arrived after 4 weeks.

If your package arrived, but it was not picked up and it was returned back to me, I’m more than happy to send the package back to you again, however, the cost of re-shipping must be paid and it is at the buyer’s expense.

MERCH

What’s your merch return policy?

Each product is made-on-demand it means it will be printed specifically for your order. I don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me at hello@handmadehome.me

Do you offer refunds for merch items?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please take a photo of the damaged package or item and email hello@handmadehome.me with your order number and a short explanation and I’ll sort that out for you.


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, I don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—I have one for every item listed on store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know at hello@handmadehome.me within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

International buyers

Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office.

Personal data

Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website. You will also be invited to review your order by email. I do not share any personal data with anyone excepting services that are necessary to provide shop functionality (shipping service). My shop uses secure payments and  I do not get your financial details. You can learn more on Privacy Policy page
